UAE job search
JobApp reads your CV, searches UAE postings, and shows you exactly which requirements each role asks for and which ones you meet. Then it helps you tailor your CV for a specific job, rewording what you have written and never inventing experience you do not have.

How it works
Upload, answer, review, tailor. No tour, no setup wizard, no settings to configure before you see anything useful.
Step 1
PDF or Word. It is read into an editable review form. You correct anything mis-read before a single field is stored.
Step 2
About 90 seconds. Only the first is required; skip anything you would rather not answer and it simply is not used as a filter.
Step 3
Roles arrive as they are scored, each with the requirements you meet, the ones you do not, and anything that blocks you outright.
Step 4
Reword what your CV already says for a specific role, then follow each application from applied through to offer.
Reading the signals
Each mark on a match card carries one specific meaning, so a morning’s triage is a glance rather than a read. These are the ones that change a decision.
The number nobody can justify
Every comparable tool leads with one: a match rate, a resume grade, a percentage out of a hundred. It looks like measurement. It is a number assembled from weights somebody chose, and it cannot tell you whether you will get the job.
So we show you the thing underneath it instead: which requirements this posting states, which ones you meet, and which ones you do not. You can check every line of that against the posting yourself. You cannot check a 76%.
What you see instead
8 of 11
stated requirements metHonesty & privacy
Most of the category sells confidence. The three rules below are constraints in the code, not promises in the marketing.
No invented experience
Every tailored line traces back to something already in your CV. Where a role asks for something you have not written down, you get a question to answer. The claim is never written for you.
No fake score
You see “8 of 11 requirements met” and exactly which three are missing. Where a requirement cannot be checked against a CV at all, it is counted separately rather than scored as a miss. No match percentage, no likelihood of getting hired. Nobody can compute that honestly, so we do not show one.
Stripped before storage
Passport number, Emirates ID, marital status, religion and photo are removed as your CV is read and are never stored, enforced in code rather than by asking a model to behave.
Nothing is stored until you have reviewed what was read and pressed save.
